2. Products & Prices

We sell men’s blazers, suits, panjabi & pajama sets, sherwanis, kurtas, groom accessories, family sets, etc.

Prices are displayed in BDT and may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

3. Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed via our website. A confirmation email is sent once your order is accepted.

We accept online payment, bank transfer, and Cash on Delivery (COD) within Bangladesh. Full payment is required before dispatch.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Bangladesh. Shipping charges apply and vary by location.

Estimated delivery times: 3–7 business days. Delays due to holidays, weather, or customs (for export orders) are outside our control.

5. Cancellation & Returns

You may cancel within 24 hours of placing an order.

Returns or exchanges can be initiated within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items. Customer pays return shipping unless the product is defective or received in error.

Refunds are processed back to original payment method within 7 days of receipt and inspection.

6. Product Descriptions & Availability

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee products will match descriptions or images in color, size, or style exactly.

Availability is subject to stock; we’ll notify you if an item is unavailable and offer a full refund.
